You Will
- Develop and execute creative PR campaigns, media strategies, and brand partnerships aligned with client goals.
- Take a proactive approach to media outreach, crafting compelling pitches and securing high-impact coverage.
- As needed, support with influencer marketing initiatives, identifying and fostering partnerships with aligned talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with press, leveraging your network and expanding media connections.
- Draft and refine press materials (e.g., press releases, pitches, bios) with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional growth.
- Manage client communications and service through reporting, meetings, and day-to-day interactions with Account Managers and Directors.
- Oversee team workflow using Monday.com and other organizational tools, ensuring seamless project management.
- Stay ahead of media trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities to drive meaningful results.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of PR marketing experience with hospitality, lifestyle, and/or consumer brands.
- A proven track record of securing coverage in national media outlets.
- Existing media and influencer relationships in the hospitality/lifestyle/travel space.
- At least 1 year of team management experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead.
- 3+ professional references and 2+ media references.
